FLEXIBLE LIGHT SCOPES

Economically priced optical endoscopes for general inspection jobs from Moritex Corp. of Japan.  Water-resistant with a battery powered LED light handle they are available with either fully flexible or semi-rigid (Stay-Flex) insertion tubes.  They come in 1m, 2m or 3m lengths with OD's of 5mm or 8mm.  C-Mount adapters for adding a camera to the eyepiece are available as an option.

RIGID BORESCOPES

A comprehensive range of medium priced precision optical borescopes from Gradient Lens Corp. of the USA.  Available in diameters from 1.85mm to 6.35mm with optional mirror tubes they can use a variety of battery powered light handles and separate focussing rings on the Pro models.  They can be converted to video viewing by adding a clip-on Luxxor portable camera adapter.

ARTICULATING VIDEO SCOPES

Available in 4mm and 6mm dia. and lengths from 1.5m-6m with either 2-way or 4-way articulation.  These medium priced videoscopes from Gradient Lens Corp. offer top of the range image quality at less than top prices.  A very high intensity LED light handle along with tungsten braided sheathing and SD card recording ensure you get everything you need for specialist inspection jobs.

FLEXIBLE VIDEO SCOPES

A compehensive range of very economically priced videoscopes with dia. down to 3.9mm and screw-on side view adapters which don't increase the overall probe diameter. Available with either 3.5" or 7" LCD portable monitors, SD card recording and PAL/NTSC video output. Some rigid and 2-way articulating insertion tubes are also included in the range. Insertion tubes are available in lengths up to 10m and have tungsten braiding.

PORTABLE RECORDING MONITORS

Available with LCD sizes of 4.3", 7" and 10.4" these battery powered monitors offer analog PAL/NTSC video inputs in either Composite or S-Video format. The larger versions are available with either touch-screen or USB keyboard controls and JPEG images or MPEG4 clips can be saved to an SD card or USB memory stick. Custom versions are available with splashscreen logo's etc. for OEM applications.

VIDEO MICROSCOPES

The MSX-500Di has a 2MegaPixel imager chip with up to 500x magnification and a 3.5" LCD display. It has coarse/fine focus adjustment and configurable LED lighting. A range of accessories are available including pillar stands, X-Y Stages and alternating lighting options. In addition the MSX-500Di can be connected via USB link to a PC and S/W application where on-screen calibration and measurement can be done. The USB driver supports up to Windows 7.

PIPE INSPECTION SYSTEMS

A range of systems for HVAC applications available with 20mm dia. cameras and up to 20m cables and 25mm dia. cameras with auto-focus and cables up to 10m. All systems available with either 3.5" or 7" recording monitors at very competitive prices.

Details of heavier duty underground pipe inspection systems, either push-rod or crawlers, can be supplied on request.
